MoreySmith moves to Employee Ownership

We are delighted to announce that MoreySmith has moved to ownership by an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT) which has all employees as its beneficiaries. This seemed like a natural and appropriate evolution of the business, especially poignant as we celebrate our 25th year.
From very small beginnings in 1993, the practice has grown steadily and now employs over 40 people. The move to Employee Ownership will not affect the existing leadership or management of the practice. Linda will continue to lead the business for the foreseeable future, supported by fellow directors Andrew McCann (Creative Director), Nicola Osborn (Design Director), Lesley Kelly (Director of Architecture), and the senior management team.
Employee Ownership will strengthen the practice and our loyal and talented team will have a collective voice in helping to shape the business for the future.
