Seymour Mews House・London
MoreySmith was appointed to design the interior of Seymour Mews House, a refurbished 1960s building in Marylebone. The design blends the history of the building with a contemporary palette, celebrating its unique identity. As the landlord, Blue Coast Capital, chose to occupy two floors of the building, MoreySmith also created their dynamic workspace.
The desire to enhance the available outdoor space, resulted in the addition of a calm and secluded terrace at first floor level, with a living wall providing a natural backdrop and externally linking the boardroom and breakout areas.
The ground floor reception has been designed to create a welcoming arrival that connects directly to the client-facing meeting suite and lounge. The first floor is home to the open workspace, with breakout areas, quiet rooms and a kitchen. A suspended staircase connects both floors encouraging an open and collaborative environment.
