This radical rethink of the working environment for pharmaceutical giant AstraZeneca's 600-strong UK Sales & Marketing division was completed in October 2001. MoreySmith's bold and confident design maximises staff interaction with the vast atrium, bridge links and open stairwells connecting the open plan office floors, providing informal meeting and social space. The design also eased circulation through the building and made it a more pleasant experience.
