We were delighted to design the latest show apartment at London’s landmark skyscraper, Centre Point, for property company Almacantar. The unique architecture of the Grade II listed brutalist skyscraper presented us with the opportunity to transform a blank canvas into a wonderful example of luxury urban living.

Located in the cultural hub of London’s West End, the apartment is aimed at buyers seeking apartments that are fully furnished with a selection of both vintage and contemporary furniture and styled with unique, high-quality art and design.

The interiors of the 1274 square foot, two-bedroom boutique apartment reference the building’s 1960s heritage, with a contemporary twist. Mid-century furniture is paired with forms and finishes that draw the scheme into the current day, including natural elements of rattan, marble and timbers which create warmth and comfort, subtly contrasting the bold wallpapers and geometric prints.

The graphic identity is balanced by softer textures such as bespoke slimline leather window seats and hand crocheted wall lights, to create a retreat of understated luxury away from the buzz of the bustling streets below.
