Bristol’s iconic architectural landmark is being regenerated into a workplace for local businesses at the heart of the medieval city and will include a public café and bar on the ground floor with dedicated space for events for Clockwise members.
The double height void at the main entrance matches the impressive scale of the building, with a secondary Clockwise entrance to the back of the building that allows members more direct access to the office floors.
The third and fourth floors create a unique double height space with a walkway around the perimeter of the fourth floor. Here the original cathedral-like windows flood light into the breakout spaces as well as central offices and the original glazed bricks will all be retained creating a beautifully light interior.
The fifth floor has been adapted to house pod-like structures between the rhythms of the trusses, forming mezzanine level offices within the volumetric floor.
