MoreySmith has transformed LVMH House, a Grade II* listed Georgian townhouse located in the Mayfair Conservation Area. The 15,000 sq ft building set over six floors hosts executive training and events for LVMH and its 75 distinguished Houses including Christian Dior, Givenchy, Louis Vuitton and Fendi.

The scheme achieved planning permission for extensive architectural developments including a rooftop extension to create a new floor, a basement extension and remodelling of the rear façade and terraces.

The interior is rich with heritage features that have been retained and enhanced throughout. The main staircase has been extended in keeping with the original to connect the new top floor, and a restored marble chimneypiece with gilded Rococo frame provides a historic backdrop for a contemporary meeting room.

Providing a home for the brand in London, LVMH House has been designed to include flexible spaces for events, with an impressive bar and café providing social space for visitors.
