In the heart of Mayfair, we designed this 8,600 sq ft high-end residential development for a private investment company. The residence includes five contemporary apartments and a duplex penthouse on Prince’s Street, close to Regent Street.

Each apartment features an individual design and unique features to offer character and variety to prospective residents. The 2,400 sq ft duplex penthouse is aimed at the luxury market. Set over two floors, it has dual-aspect, full-height windows and sliding doors onto a 350 sq ft outdoor terrace.

The design features the very best of British craftsmanship in a carefully selected and sustainable material palette, combined with stylish, contemporary furniture and handmade and bespoke finishes.
